personally I'm flying my Z-95 Headhunter M5 with a Viper MkII M4 and a B'Rel Bird of Prey M6) but I recommend Cycrow's Plug-in manager (UNLESS there is a newer up to date one out there) to install and keep track of the added ships. doesn't count the 8 years of playing NOT through steam)Īlso if you are looking for "other" ships to fly, there are some sites out there that have other genre ships (Battlestar Galactica, Star Wars, Star Trek, Babylon 5, and so forth. (I actually picked up the set off steam because i got tired of doing the "work around" when ever i decided to instal off my original buggy cds (missing the two files and all that other crap that was missed by QQ way back in 2005 when I bought it) hence why my playtime is so low. You generally want to take notice of it in order to decide. Often when you remove games the uninstaller leaves whatever it did not install and with it leaves the folder structure, sometimes a folder structure in 'my documents' with saves. Laptop65 is right on all points, but I would like to add that if you look (as X3 has been out for a long time now), there are lots of websites that have (if they are still valid?) the universe map (with the different sectors and ownerships plotted out). Re: X3 Reunion Talon mission - Modded, resolved by clean install. Well that will do for now, being an adult gamer doesn't stop me from actually being the biggest nood in space I have explored about 20 sectors in my map manually flying there with my mercury, how many sectors dose the game have? And how do I know if it is a piret sector? Do piret bases show up on the map. I started my game as humble merchant, I like to be a merchant until I can afford to buy bad ass ships and create havoc, can you suggest a good guide for merchants / making cash ? Stations and mines, I guess this is the way to make solid profit but I can't find a step by step on what exactly the requirements are and what to do exactly after you buy one Q5 can I pick up debris and sell it for a profit, if so is there a tractor beam Once you have found the ship, fly close it, eject from your own ship, fly about 30 meter close to the target, press i to bring up the ship option, select claim and have it fly back to the station where you got the mission. I thought I read that you could capture other/piret ships how dose this work? Activate the mission guidance icon and follow it to find the missing ship. How can I tell how much a station is selling/buying something for from another sector? Iv checked plenty of equipment stations and it never shows up in any of them to purchase? I read on one of the merchant guides about best buy software, as in, something that tells you the best and worst prices in sectors or some such. Is there a way I can check? e.g will certain components of the game be available if its installed correctly? IV download the dlc bonus pack from steam as I read that is the best thing to do, but Iv no idea if its installed. Great thanks mate, jump drive Iv worked out so Iv got that down pat.
